Happy New Year!
Api Nyu Yia!

We made it to the new year with Corona in tow and its several relatives aka mutations. Anyways, na so. At least we made it, and just in time for the return of Top 7 Things To Do in Freetown!
As usual, in NO particular order, I present to you some things to do in Freetown this January. Are you ready?
1. An evening with Ishmael Beah! 📖

5. Stay at Country Lodge! 🏨
Country Lodge Hotel situated in Hillstation aka the Beverly Hills of Freetown ☺️ has one of the most extraordinary views the city has to offer. From great customer service to lovely rooms, Country Lodge has a lot to offer and I was left very happy when invited for a short stay. I really enjoyed the salmon sandwich!

6. Stay Safe, Corona Dae o! 🦠
Corona is real o!
Some of you came into the new year claiming "Flu" and "Malaria" 👀
Ok o ...
Let's safeguard one another by getting tested if we exhibit any Coro-like symptoms, social distance, wash our hands frequently et al.
Corona na wi ol fet!
7. Domestic Tourism 🏝️
Now with the JCs (Just Cam - holiday comers) going back to Babylon, why not take this opportunity to get out of the city and see some of our many beautiful islands?
Last week I spent the day at Banana Island and went for a historical tour, there's so much to learn within your borders. There are other islands such as Bunce, Tasso, Turtle etc which I look forward to visiting sometime this year!
And that's it!
Happy new year again!
