Top 7 Things to do in Freetown in May 2024

It's the view for me...

One of the few things that are giving me courage in this Republic of ours...travel.

Last month I had the pleasure and privilege of spending a week in Accra, Ghana. Today, I'm off to country 34 for a bit. I'm tired -- ah don lef gi una una kontri šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

Just kidding. You all know as much as I do Sierra Leone is like that toxic ex you can't seem to shake off, no matter how many times you tell yourself "this is the last time". It never really is, huh?

I'll be back...just allow me to my delusion - and some peace of mind while I'm at it, to be where there's no power or fuel crisis šŸ«

Ready for Top 7 this month? šŸ˜ƒ Of course you are!

By the way - if you commemorate US Mother's Day; Happy Mother's Day to all the mamas out there! šŸ’

Here are 7 things to do in Freetown this month:

It has been a hectic couple of weeks in this Republic -- do some self-care! Coincidentally, May is Mental Health Awareness month.

Take some time to do what feeds your soul, decompress and show up to the world renewed and rejuvenated.

Take it easy.

On that note, let me take my own advice and get to it. My gate has just opened and boarding has begun.

That's Top 7 things to do in May.

Catch you later Freetown. āœˆļø
